WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance and/or cancellations made by us due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. No-shows and cancellations made the day of the trip will not receive a refund.
WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?
In the event of hazardous weather, we will work with you to reschedule or give you a full refund. We will not operate in hazardous weather conditions such as heavy rain, thick fog, high winds or thunder and lightning. We will however, operate as usual in overcast conditions, light fog and in intermittent sprinkles. The final decision on weather-related cancellations rests with us and reservations should be considered upheld unless we speak with you directly and confirm otherwise. If weather cancels your reservation, we will make every effort to reschedule for another day. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I RETURN MY RENTAL EARLY?
If we must cut your rental short due to weather, we will prorate the unused portion, but we are not able to issue any refunds for early returns for any other reason.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
We do have parking, but it is limited. We ask that you please only bring one car per party.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY RESERVATION?
We ask that you please arrive 15-20 minutes before your reservation time so you are able to check in, listen to the necessary safety information and instruction, and get out on the water in a timely manner. Since boats are often rented multiple times per day it is important that we keep a strict schedule to ensure that all of our reservations are honored. We are not able to offer extended return times or refunds for those arriving late.
WHERE AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE THE BOAT?
Our rental boats must stay on the inside of our boundary line which goes from the green bouy off of Long Point (shown on our boundary map below) straight across to Pamet Harbor.
